Dedicated locavore chef Chris Whittaker of Forage is solidifying the West End as one of Vancouver’s best foodie neighbourhoods as he prepares to open a new restaurant in the high-ceilinged, iconic space next door to Forage on Robson at Jervis. It will be called Timber, and the menu will read like a roadmap of Canadian comfort food. Front of house positions that need to be filled are server, bartender and food runner/barback.
