Vancouver, BC | Lolita’s South of the Border Cantina is an award-winning restaurant that specializes in fresh daily made food and modern Mexican cuisine. We are seeking a full-time line cook to join our team ASAP. We’re looking for an individual who is organized and hard working, someone who thrives on working with in a non-corporate and self-motivated environment. The successful candidate will be able to work nights and have a minimum of 2 years of line cooking experience. We’re looking for someone who is interested in learning and wants long term job stability with a professional and fun team that really enjoys their place of employment.

About Lolita’s

A long time ago, in a galaxy far away…Ok well, it was actually this galaxy and it wasn’t that long ago…In 2005, Lila and Jaison Gaylie, a brother and sister duo, embarked on an odyssey to bring their love of international food, culture and tequila to their birthplace of Vancouver.

Lolita’s is a tiny piece of paradise, just six blocks from the beach at English Bay. We will transport you south of the border with our modern Mexican cuisine and atmosphere.

Our cozy 42 seat cantina will warm your soul with executive chef Shelome Bouvette’s delectable comfort food. We are passionate about using Oceanwise seafood and fresh local ingredients in our handmade original and unique dishes.

Got tequila? We do! Vancouver’s largest selection of tequila, whether you want to shoot it quick or sip slow from our amazing variety of top shelf tequilas.

Our boutique wine list has a large focus on B.C. wines and Spanish and south American regions.

Our luscious tiki cocktail list uses freshly muddled fruit, all topped with an umbrella to make you feel like you are living a laid back life in tropical style. Our 12 seat paralam bar, bambooed ceiling, island evoking tunes and sunshiny staff ensure you will leave happy and feeling like you just returned from a trip from margaritiaville.
