London’s Sexy, Swanky “Holborn Dining Room” Is British To The Bone

holb7

(via) We’d love to have something similar to London’s beautiful Holborn Dining Room in Vancouver, perhaps in the old Century House on Richards Street. The stunning British brasserie opened in February in what used to be a bank hall from the Edwardian Belle Epoque (now part of the Rosewood Hotel). The sprawling collection of details details details was envisioned by the serial restaurant savants at Martin Brudnizki Design Studio (see also Drake One Fifty in Toronto). From the art deco bar tops, vintage lamps, reclaimed oak and neo-gothic chandeliers to the antique mirrors, red leather, and brass, it’s a cozy stunner exuding warmth, comfort, and bygone Britishness.
