The Flashlight Chandelier At “Culprit” In Kits

IMG_9472

Wee little Culprit Coffee at 2028 Vine Street is turning three next week, and that’s pretty cool in and of itself. Located just off the West 4th drag in the heart of Kitsilano, the little oasis of excellence does more than just pull consistent shots of Fernwood espresso (love that branding, G&W), it also sports a unique piece of lighting that we can’t help but stare at covetously whenever we’re in. The chandelier by local artist Randy Zieber is made up of seven vintage flashlights retrofitted with LED bulbs and suspended from the ceiling above the counter.
