The GOODS from Campagnolo

Vancouver, BC | The pastel colours of spring conjure up glorious memories of family gatherings with Grandma. Chef de Cuisine Nathan Lowey has created a series of home-style dishes prepared with the season’s freshest ingredients in honour of Nonna. Each dish reflects a nostalgic meal and is best enjoyed with loved ones.

“This dinner series brings people together,” says Campagnolo Chef de Cuisine, Nathan Lowey. “We plate up supper for twenty-two guests at the same time so everyone can eat together—like a big family supper.”
