Joe Klymkiw put this short film together in the afterglow of Pear Tree chef Scott Jaeger’s awesome Greasy Spoon supper, which went down at Save On Meats earlier this month in support of Growing Chefs. There’s another one in the works for April, this time featuring the old school diner re-imaginings of four Vancouver chefs – Ryan Stone, Brian Skinner, David Wong, and Hamid Salimian – with each providing a course.
