The position is best suited to someone with at least two years of Sous Chef experience, and hands-on practice leading a team of cooks in a positive manner, liaising with FOH management, running inventory, ordering effectively, and creating delicious dishes. Being calm and happy working in a high-volume open kitchen would be an asset too. An excellent wage plus gratuities, full benefits, a positive work environment, and room to grow go without saying.
