The GOODS from Campagnolo Roma

Vancouver, BC | Honouring the whole animal has been at the forefront of the Campagnolo family of restaurants’ philosophy since inception. Restoring respect for offal and enjoyment of the odd bits is a large measure of their culinary mission. A few times a year, Campagnolo ROMA closes the restaurant early to set the stage for an evening devoted to this important tradition. These lesser used cuts are considered delicacies in many regions and Chef Joachim Hayward is preparing them with a sense of place in mind. This edition of Quinto Quarto will transpire at 8pm on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, be served family style at communal tables and paired with beers from Powell Street Craft Brewery. Tickets are $78 and are available for advance purchase here.
