The GOODS from Campagnolo

Vancouver, BC | Orders are rapidly rolling in for R&B Brewing Co.’s third beer to launch in their popular Chef Series: Burnt Citrus Fruit ‘Pork Bone Charcoaled Filtered’ Black E.S.B. Starting February 6, 2015, Vancouver beer aficionados can quaff this limited edition beer created in collaboration with Campagnolo Restaurant’s owner Robert Belcham. An acclaimed chef and restaurateur, Belcham is best known for his dedication to seasonal ingredients and whole animal butchery.

This mildly hopped Extra Special Bitter takes advantage of Belcham’s ready supply of Sloping Hill Farm pork bones from ‘The Cure’ (Campagnolo’s onsite butchery) as well as the abundance of fresh citrus fruit in peak season. Filtered through 30 pounds of charred pork bones with notes of burnt lemon, orange and grapefruit, Belcham’s signature beer is especially appropriate in both timeliness and character.

Every beer in the R&B Chef Series is crafted to pair well with food and and is individually created by Head Brewer Todd Graham in partnership with a succession of celebrated Vancouver chefs. Available in select private liquor, beer, and wine stores in 650 mL bottles and on tap at the participating restaurants, each unique beer is only available for a short period of time.

Look for Robert Belcham’s earmarked beer on Friday, February 6 at Campagnolo Restaurant, ‘Upstairs’ at Campagnolo and Campagnolo ROMA where it will be served in bottles and on draught.
