The GOODS from Espana
Vancouver, BC | Espana is in need of a sous chef. The candidate would need to have had at least 5-6 years solid experience cooking at a good level, with ideally 1 year minimum of sous chef experience. A passion for Spanish food and all that goes hand-in-hand with it – Mediterranean, Moorish, North African, etc. – is an obvious must, as is a good work ethic, strong leadership skills, and the ability to cook on the line producing quality food.
