Vancouver, BC | Have something in mind but just can’t seem to find it? Look no further, our designers and in-house goldsmith can build almost anything you can think up. We want to help you make the most confident and informed decision, while picking a stone that fits your style and your budget. Step by step, we will happily share our knowledge of diamonds and gemstones with you! Next, using 3D renders and wax models, we’ll guide you through the design process. In our loft-style workshop, we can accommodate almost any design imaginable and we invite you to be as involved in the process as you so choose.

How To Custom Design A Ring

1. Pick Your Stone

Using only ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones, we will do our best to accommodate any requests while working within your budget. We want you to feel confident in choosing your stone and we will happily answer any questions you may have along the way. In choosing your stone, let us know what you value most in terms of carat, cut, colour and clarity and we will find you a piece we know you’ll love.

2. Pick Your Style

If you have any styles in mind, please let us know! We have the technology to create 3D renderings of designs as well as wax models that you can see before moving forward with the actual casting process. Please note it takes approximately 2-6 weeks for custom orders.

3. Pick Your Material

10K, 14K, 18K White, Yellow, Rose Gold, or Platinum

4. Pick The Finish

High Polish
Brushed
Hammered

5. Let us know your size

This will affect the price slightly as larger rings require more gold and vice versa.

5. Matching Wedding Band

You’ll be needing this down the road! If you have an intricate engagement ring or would also like to custom design a band, we can do that too.

6. Engraving

Add a personal touch. Just let us know what you’d like to say and in what type of font.

7. Appraisal

We will include an appraisal for you as per your request. This is definitely something we recommend doing and adding on to any existing insurance you may have.

8. Return Policy
Custom designed pieces unfortunately cannot be returned. If the ring needs any adjustments, we will do our best to correct it and re-work the existing design. That being said, additional design fees and labour costs will be applicable. Thank you for understanding!
