by Andrew Morrison | Chef Lee Cooper and his crew are doing it a fine job of brunch at Gastown’s L’Abattoir. They just launched the new service last weekend and they’re totally nailing it. Nothing on the menu is too over-considered or precious; nor is there anything boring or standard. Even the potato rosti and jelly donuts are fantastic. Oh, and burrata benedicts are a thing now. True story. Try it for yourself this weekend. Service starts at 10:30am.
