Chinatown Gutter Puddle | Phenomenon | Any one of the mysteriously perennial gutter puddles in Vancouver’s Chinatown. Usually found in front of produce markets and fishmongers. Impervious to evaporation, reeking of fish, filled with the detritus of the Downtown Eastside. Not for drinking.
