Vancouver, BC | The Bottleneck, Granville Street’s best kept secret, has officially launched its new lunch and dinner menus just in time for the summer heat-wave. As delicious as ever, new additions include Grilled Cauliflower Salad, Chicken Kale Caesar Salad, Smoked Ham Hock Pizza, and highly anticipated Roasted Local Halibut. Chef Hugh Carbery has once again designed a creative and flavourful menu, featuring the season’s freshest ingredients, while continuing to use natural, free range meats, Ocean Wise seafood, and locally sourced products wherever possible. LUNCH MENU
Cobb Salad, grilled chicken, house bacon, avocado, hard egg, blue cheese
Serrano Sandwich, shaved serrano, pear, brie, arugula, aioli, on toasted baguette
“Bangers and Mash”, Bacon Bangers, pomme puree, carmelized onion jus, grainy dijon
Braised Beef Brisket Sandwich, house made bbq sauce, creamy caraway slaw, on ciabatta

About The Bottleneck
Located below the historic Commodore Ballroom at 870 Granville Street, you’ll find a beautifully restored modern tavern. The interior is rustic and full of woodsy motifs. Boasting excellent service, great music and miles of booze-filled bottles, the experience is warm and wonderful on every level. The lunch, dinner and late-night menus are West Coast seasonal, featuring size-specific plates prepared in-house with fresh, organic, locally grown ingredients. Open Monday & Tuesday from 11:30am – 6pm, Wednesday to Friday 11:30pm – 2pm, and Saturday 6pm – 2am.
Events are key to The Bottleneck’s community spirit. We feature music by local and international artists, weekly vinyl nights, film screenings, after-parties and all sorts of creative programming.
