‘In the Pink’ Rose – $22.00 | Our 3rd vintage of Rose wine, “In the Pink” 2013 uses exclusively Pinot Noir grapes. The pink salmon hue is a result of an over-night cold soak on the skins for 20 hours. Its wild strawberry nose and fruity taste profile will be refreshing on a hot Okanagan day. Only 78 cases produced

Amphora VRM | 26.00 | A tribute to how wine was made a thousand years ago, we decided to try something completely different this last harvest by using the ancient technique of fermenting in terracotta clay Amphorae. VRM, short for Viognier, Roussanne & Marsanne, is a typical Rhone-style white blend and rather unique in BC, as there are limited plantings of Roussanne and Marsanne in the Okanagan. Only 136 cases produced.
