Vancouver, BC | House Wine is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator, specifically an exceptionally organized individual who loves the art of coordinating: people, events, data, communications, etc. You are able to work both independently and collaboratively. You are a multi-tasker with an eye for details. You are able to navigate the proverbial forest while maintaining sight of the trees! You are outgoing, fun, curious, and enjoy a challenge. Duties:
Email correspondence
Fielding phone calls
Data entry
Updating website
Creating newsletter
Managing social media (facebook, twitter etc.) and public relations
Assorted research projects
Pick up and deliveries of wine
Coordination of events & schedules
Other duties as required (those little things that one can’t predict!)
Required skills, attributes:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word)
Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
Loves the details
Superb organizational ability
Well-honed interpersonal skills
Willing to work flexible hours
Flexible when it comes to dealing with tasks – willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
Strong time management skills
Strong decision making ability
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
Alignment with house wine values
3-5 years previous experience in a relevant marketing position
Relevant post-secondary education
A valid driver’s license
Your own vehicle

MONTHLY WINE TASTINGS

house wine hosts informal yet educational wine tastings each month in the Vintage Gallery of O’Doul’s Restaurant and Bar. Exploring regional styles, themed varietals and holiday favourites, tickets are $40/person and available through the company website. Space is limited, so sign-up in advance!
