We’ve invited West 3rd Avenue’s excellent Chocolate Arts to join the Chocolate & Caffeine section of our GOODS program as a recommended room place to get a fix. They are now proud members of Scout, and as such we will be posting their news in addition to hosting a page for them on our curated list of independent goodness.
