The GOODS from Salt Tasting Room
Vancouver, BC | The award-winning Salt Tasting Room’s Gastown location is looking for an enthusiastic, and responsible Manager keen to share his/her passion for wine with customers and staff. The successful applicant will be in charge of day to day operations and work alongside Salt’s Director of Operations and Owner to ensure Salt continues to be a wine destination on Vancouver’s restaurant scene. Previous management/supervisory experience is required, as is some level of wine education (minimum ISG 2/WSET 3). This is not a desk job, but rather a working management position. Salt is a tasting room specializing in artisanal cheese, small-batch cured meats, and a dynamic array of wines, beers and Sherries. Our menu is simple. Guests assemble a Tasting Plate from our chalkboard’s selection of 10 cheeses, 10 meats, and 10 condiments. The selections change constantly, making it almost impossible to have the same Salt experience twice.
