Vancouver, BC | Bistro Pastis is celebrating the peak of summer bounty with a series of tasting menus until the season ends. With an homage to camping and cookouts, Bistro Pastis will take guests on a nostalgic journey of Pacific Northwest summer dining traditions starting August 21. Diners will be treated to a barbeque tasting menu where smoked, braised, grilled, toasted and pickled ingredients are amplified and perfectly presented. The barbecue menu is priced at $48 and ends September 8.
