If you head down to the Chinatown Night Market this weekend, get your tresses done up Hollywood style by the pop-up salon known as Rock, Paper, Scissors. New York native, Michelle Grimm, is a freelance hair stylist who worked five years in the fashion trade for the likes of Marc Jacobs and Balenciaga.
