Built in 1908, the revitalized (and re-branded) boutique Moda Hotel is clean and simple with a layer of modern chic gently applied over its historic foundation. The original mosaic tile floors of the lounge are offset by sleek white chairs and trippy light fixtures (reminiscent of flowering ivy). This lounge is located close to theatres, but also feels tucked away and semi-private.

The Drink | Try a Dia Verde (pink peppercorn infused Hendricks gin, Lillet blank, prosecco, muddled cucumber, fresh mint, aloe juice, fresh lime juice). It’s refreshing yet earthy with subtly sweet undertones. $14
