The ideal candidate will have strong restaurant, food and wine knowledge, and exceptional hospitality and administrative skills. If you love the restaurant industry, but hate working nights, this could be your ideal job. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Supervising the restaurant during breakfast and lunch service, cashout reconciliation, reporting, menu updating and printing, POS changes, scheduling, training and hiring, ordering and receiving.
