Vancouver, BC | On the evening of February 13th, Cibo Trattoira’s General Manager + Wine Director Steve Edwards and Chef Faizal Kassam are delighted to host an extraordinary six course, winemaker’s dinner with wine pairings for just $99 exclusive of tax and gratuity. Hosting the evening will be the inimitable Jeanette Servidio, of Italy’s estate winery Tenuta Argentiera Bolgheri. Her passionate knowledge of the wines and the estate will make for a truly memorable, one of a kind event. The wine and food-focused evening will start and end with two sterling examples of B.C. wines along with four savoury mid courses paired with outstanding wines from the Tenuta Argentiera Bolgheri portfolio.
