Which BC Chefs Will Make The Podium At Tonight’s “Gold Medal Plates” Competition?

by Andrew Morrison | Tonight it is Vancouver’s turn to host the Gold Medal Plates, Canada’s most prestigious cooking competition series. Identical competitions in different cities across the country have already taken place, and all the victors have been decided, except Vancouver’s. It’s kind of a big deal, as the winner from each city is invited to compete in the Canadian Culinary Championships in February. I’ve listed tonight’s competitors below. Who among them do you think will take gold?

The action goes down tonight at the Westin Bayshore, and as a Senior Judge I’ll be keeping Scout readers posted of developments from the inside.
