Vancouver, BC | Cirque du Soleil has selected Savoury Chef Foods as the exclusive caterer for the Amaluna – VIP ROUGE experience, which begins its run under the Big Top at Concord Pacific Place on November 23rd. This exciting announcement marks the first time that the internationally recognised entertainment company has outsourced to a local Vancouver caterer, in lieu of travelling with their own catering staff. Catering to top sponsors and businesses in Vancouver, the VIP ROUGE experience offers exclusive five-star hospitality in a festive atmosphere before and during the intermission of each Amaluna performance. Chef de Cuisine Nathan, Pastry Chef Wendell, and Gold Medal Plate competitor Chef Taryn Wa have designed an amazing walking cocktail party, with a Cirque twist.
