VANCOUVER, BC | On Tuesday, October 16th Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts hosts a celebration of beer. Join Serious Beer program instructor and Certified Cicerone, Chester Carey, for an evening of beer talk and learn how well these brew-tastic beverages can pair alongside a menu of fine food. This intimate Fall dinner event begins at 6:30 PM and $60 (HST included) gets you five-courses of tasty fare artfully paired with five tastings of local craft and international beers.
