Vancouver, BC | It seems rather fitting, on this final tournament in the Bittered Sling Bistro season, that we would invite one of North America’s most beloved fowl into the limelight, especially being this close to Thanksgiving. This month, we’re in the home-stretch of our competition series. Wild Turkey 81 is entering the Canadian market and replacing their “brother” on the shelf; a bold combination of corn and rye mash, aged it for 6-8 years, giving us a delicious golden nectar we’re proud to call, “friend”.
