Vancouver, BC | We are currently seeking a Director for Thierry. This integral role will be accountable to the whole operation. There is ample support from the talented Top Table team, as well as Chef Thierry himself, but the ideal candidate will be a self starter who actively pursues success at all levels of business. Requirements for the role are a minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Management position having supervised a team of 20 or more employees. Front-of-house and back-of-house knowledge is expected, including knowledge of French pastries. Experience in labor and inventory control is a necessity. All items are hand-made daily using only premium ingredients. Barista crafted espresso and liquid chocolate are also a key part of the cafe, complemented by a selection of savoury products.
