Vancouver, BC | Sunday, June 17 is Father’s Day and the Campagnolo, Campagnolo ROMA and Fat Dragon Bar-B-Q family of restaurants encourage guests to give dad a break – leave him at home and dine without him. All three restaurants will give 50% off take-out orders to families who dine-in without dad and take something to-go for him following their meal. When posed with the question, “what do you want for Father’s Day?”, the answer was unanimous (amongst dad’s who work at these restaurants) – “a day off with no obligations and no responsibility.” For dads who would prefer the company of their family, some special dishes and deals are available for dine-in at each restaurant. About Fat Dragon Bar-B-Q

The award-winning team behind Campagnolo and Campagnolo ROMA restaurants brings you Fat Dragon, where Far East Asian flavours collide with American Southern barbecue methods. Chef de Cuisine Adam Johnson leads the kitchen team in serving unique dishes, first seasoned with Asian spices and herbs, then slow smoked over local fruit woods. The bar, manned by Matt Martin, houses a variety of local craft and imported Asian beers, a small selection of wines by the glass, and an assortment of cocktails derived from classic recipes rejuvenated with smoke and Asian flavours. The space is open and stripped down with exposed brick and wooden beams, complemented by a silk entry way. Dine-in or take-out. Open from 11:00 am — late, seven days a week.

Campagnolo ROMA is located in the former Italian district of Hastings Sunrise, serving rustic Italian dishes inspired by the classics of Rome. Chef de Cuisine, Ted Anderson has created a condensed menu of antipasti, pasta and pizza complimented by an ever changing features board, showcasing local and seasonal ingredients. Quality, value and flavour drive the cocktail and wine program. Owner, Tom Doughty has chosen three classic Italian cocktails and a small, yet comprehensive Italian wine list with by the glass, ½ litre and bottle options to compliment Chef Ted’s menu.
