Seen In Vancouver #356: Scenes From The Swallow Tail Tiki Supper In Bloedel’s Jungle

photos by Jessica Beisler | A Swallow Tail tiki supper recently went down in the jungles of the Bloedel Floral Conservatory at the top of Queen Elizabeth Park. Chef Owen Lightly (Butter On The Endive) was there cooking up a storm, as were the good folks from Sea Monstr Sushi, Woodland Smokehouse, Soho Road Naan Kebab, Curious Oyster Catering, and of course, the Swallow Tail Supper Club. Working the drinks front was Hailey Posemko (her Cedar Sour is one of BC’s best drinks). Lesson learned: when summer is scarce, invent one.
