Tofino, BC | The Pointe at The Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino will play host to a number of special suppers this Spring and Summer. Chef Alain Raye of La Régalade will be up to cook in April; Wickaninnish alumni Andrew Springett will be on hand in May, as will La Quercia chef Lucais Syme; and June will see a special pairing supper with Quail’s Gate Winery. Guest Chef Dinner: Chef Alain Raye of La Régalade
Chef Alain Raye will be working alongside Chef Nutting and The Pointe Restaurant culinary brigade here in Tofino to bring you his earthy, fine French cuisine. This talented Chef opened two Michelin starred restaurants in France before moving to West Vancouver and opening La Régalade, the Gold rated Best West Shore Restaurant in 2011 in Vancouver Magazine. Tickets for our six course Alain Raye Chef’s Table in The Pointe Restaurant Rainforest Section (seating 14) are available for $95.00 plus taxes and gratuities. Wine pairings available for $65.00.
