GOODS: Diva At The Met Plating Valentine’s Day Menus Designed For Trading Bites
The GOODS from Diva at the Met
Vancouver, BC | Diva at the Met invites romantics to celebrate this Valentine’s Day with a duo of menus that offer two distinctly different four-course menus created by Chef Hamid Salimian to appeal to both sides of the table. Romantic types will be given the choice between the “Diva” menu – focusing on lighter dishes with lively flavours, and the “Divo” menu, which highlights rich, bold dishes. Couples can order the full menu of their choice or mix and match courses from both. Details after the jump… “These two menus are very different from each other, but both showcase Diva at the Met’s contemporary flavours, local ingredients and unique culinary style,” said Chef Salimian. “If couples choose to order one of each of the menus they can always trade bites. After all, sharing your meal is a very romantic way to celebrate Valentine’s Day.”
Both the Diva and Divo menus are four courses, and are priced at $70 per person (exclusive of taxes and gratuity) with wine pairings available for an additional price. The menus are available at dinner from Friday, February 10 through to Saturday, February 18, and each couple will also receive a take-home gift from Chef Salimian.
