The GOODS from Adesso Bistro
Vancouver, BC | From January 20th to February 3rd, the West End’s cozy Adesso Bistro will be plating a special, three course dinner featuring such options as buffalo bresaola, warm portobello mushroom salad, roasted vegetable risotto, and zabaglione semifreddo. The cost is just $33, with partial proceeds going to A Loving Spoonful, the volunteer-driven, non-partisan Society that provides free, nutritious meals to Vancouverites living with HIV/AIDS. About Adesso Bistro
A Ligurian-concept restaurant owned by Carol Gadsby and Luciano Loi, Adesso Bistro is now open in its new space at 1906 Haro Street. While the menu showcases traditional cuisine from Italy’s Liguria region, Adesso Bistro’s culinary philosophy focuses on food made with love, tradition and soul – utilizing healthy, local and organic ingredients bursting with natural flavours. Formerly located in Kitsilano, the restaurant relocated to Vancouver’s vibrant and scenic West End neighbourhood in May 2010. Adesso Bistro is open daily from 5 pm, seven days a week.
