Vancouver, BC | Thierry, named for 3-star-Michelin chocolatier-patissier, Thierry Busset, is Vancouver’s newest hot spot. Thierry Busset is widely regarded as one of the finest pastry chefs in North America. Our shop boasts a stunning room featuring classic chocolates, macarons, cakes and pastries: all items are hand-made daily using only premium ingredients. Barista crafted espresso and liquid chocolate are also a central part of the cafe, complemented by a selection savoury products such as sandwiches and soup. We are also licensed and offer a selection of wine and spirits to complement our wide array of products. We are open 7 am to midnight on weekdays and 9 am to midnight on weekends and holidays. Full-time experienced Sous Chef
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in professional pastry
kitchens, including time spent in a retail pastry environment, and be well versed in inventory
control, costing and purchasing. We are also looking for passionate, full-time pastry cooks.
Full-time experienced Chocolatier
-The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in professional chocolate
kitchens and expertise in making handcrafted chocolates. Time spent in a retail chocolate
environment, as well as being well versed in inventory control, costing and purchasing are all
