Bao Bei barman (and all around awesome guy) Ben Henthorne is on his way to a refugee camp in Bethlehem shortly to help build a library with Karama, a non-profit organisation that provides free education to women and children living on the West Bank (the Arabic name means “Dignity”). The Chinatown restaurant on Keefer St. is hosting a silent auction fundraiser and send-off this Sunday, October 2nd (details after the jump), and we hope to see you there.
