I love the fact that, after destroying the illegally parked car with a tank, Mr. Mayor sweeps up all the broken glass so his beloved cyclists won’t get a flat.
But my spidey senses are tingling, suggesting the episode was staged. I can’t believe there would be any city (at least, any European one) where crushing a vehicle would ever be seen as an acceptable response to a parking violation.
It does get the point across, though.
