Smoke Break #861: City Of Vancouver To Up Anti-Graffiti Efforts! Meanwhile, In Berlin…

While Vancouver is reportedly going to try and step up its anti-graffiti campaign (good luck with that), a handful of hooligans in Berlin show us how it’s done.

…a team of pranksters led by Dutch performance artist Iepe B. T. Rubingh dumped 500 liters of paint on an intersection in Berlin, turning passing traffic into unwitting paintbrushes. The piece of guerilla street art was entitled “Painting Reality.” According to Rubingh, the paint was water-based and environmentally friendly.
