Seen In Vancouver #304: “The Diamond” In Gastown Finally Gets Its Corner Neon Sign

It’s been a very long time coming, but yesterday The Diamond overlooking Gassy Jack Square in Gastown finally got its corner neon sign up. We love how above the white script in the green box there’s a diamond mobile that slowly spins around. Transfixingly cool.

  1. The diamond is a great looking space, too bad drinks are over $10 a glass and aren’t spectacular. There needs to be better places in the city that don’t cost a fortune and offer service with a smile.

    $10 for a drink with quality ingredients is not a fortune, try other city’s with great bar culture, excluding the US(who pay half what we do for booze) a cocktail will cost 10-15 euros, do the math
