Vancouver, BC | Join us at the Salt Cellar on Monday May 30th, 2011 for the 2nd in our beer series as we pair six of Phillips Brewery beers with our artisan cheese and local charcuterie. The Salt Cellar Series is all about sampling, learning and making new friends in an intimate and casual environment. It really is a unique Vancouver experience. Tickets are $40 and the event starts at 7pm.

A Little About Phillips Brewery
Matt Phillips, a former a brewer at Spinnakers Brewpub and Whistler Brewing started Phillips Brewery in Victoria in 2001. Initial products, available in 650ml bottles, set a high standard of finely-crafted, innovative beers that continues to this day.
About Salt Tasting Room
Salt is a tasting room specializing in artisanal cheese, small-batch cured meats, and a dynamic array of wines, beers and Sherries. Our menu is simple. Guests assemble a Tasting Plate from our chalkboard’s selection of 10 cheeses, 10 meats, and 10 condiments. The selections change constantly, making it almost impossible to have the same Salt experience twice.
