About Adesso Bistro

A Ligurian-concept restaurant owned by Carol Gadsby and Luciano Loi, Adesso Bistro is now open in its new space at 1906 Haro Street. While the menu showcases traditional cuisine from Italy’s Liguria region, Adesso Bistro’s culinary philosophy focuses on food made with love, tradition and soul – utilizing healthy, local and organic ingredients bursting with natural flavours. Formerly located in Kitsilano, the restaurant relocated to Vancouver’s vibrant and scenic West End neighbourhood in May 2010. Adesso Bistro is open daily from 5 pm, seven days a week. Brunch service is available on Sunday, from 10:30 am – 3 pm.
