Shawn Soole, legendary barman across the Strait at Clive’s Classic Lounge, gets a nice nod in the NYT for one of his least likely cocktails, the somewhat freakish Cold Night In. The orange-coloured drink is made with grilled cheese-enhanced rum and tomato soup and garnished with fresh WTF.
