Over the next few weeks and upcoming months we will be cooking with Okanagan cherries, Chilliwack corn, tomatoes from Stoney Paradise Farms, Fraser Valley strawberries and raspberries from High Point Farms on Gabriola Island. Father’s Day | 40 day Dry Aged Steak & Beer
Treat your number one Dad to brunch or dinner with an 18 oz, 40 day, dry-aged, Alberta prime rib-eye steak and a 16 oz craft beer from R&B Brewing Co. for $55. This mouthwatering steak will be served with two fried eggs, and french fries for brunch (11:30am – 3:00pm) and a variety of sauteed mushrooms and french fries for dinner (3:00pm – 10:30pm). Whether it’s brunch or dinner, Dad’s meal includes his choice of R&B Brewing Co.’s Red Devil Pale Ale or Sun God Wheat Ale.

Cold Fried Chicken Picnic
We are adding a cold fried chicken picnic to our extensive take out menu. Chef Robert Belcham has altered his famous buttermilk fried chicken recipe to be served cold, just like mom used to make. You can be confident in the quality of ingredients, as Chef Belcham only uses Polderside Farms’ Chicken and seasonal sides which may include potato salad, coleslaw, watermelon or green salad. Refuels picnic is packaged and priced for individuals, couples and families; a convenient outdoor feast if you are heading to Kits Beach, Granville Island, Bard on the Beach or your own backyard.
$18 individual – 3 pieces of cold Polderside chicken, one side, biscuit & soda
$35 couples – 6 pieces of cold Polderside chicken, two sides, two biscuits & two sodas
$68 family 12 pieces of cold Polderside chicken, four sides, four biscuits & four sodas

Environmental Incentive: The Refuel Picnic comes with biodegradable cutlery, napkins and a refreshing soda for each person. As an environmental incentive, Refuel will give a 10% off coupon to picnic goers who return their garbage and recycling to Refuel.
