Please meet Hank Johnson, a Democrat from my home state of Georgia, who is concerned that over-building in Guam might cause the island to capsize. You have to understand that they don’t really teach us science in Georgia, just how to seduce our relatives.

Johnson, by the way, makes $174,000 (US) a year…so I guess Pink Floyd was right.
