Vancouver, BC | On an evening of strict set menus, inflexible seating times and overpriced champagne, Mis Trucos will celebrate with none of the above! On December 31, 2009, Mis Trucos will be open for a no-stress, no-frills and no-nonsense New Year’s Eve dinner featuring their regular menu at their regular prices (plus a few surprises from the chef) as well as special cocktail features from barman Jonathan James.

Who needs champagne? To help toast the new year without breaking the bank, Mis Trucos will be offering a selection of specially-priced Cava ranging from $5 – $10/glass and $25 – $50/bottle.

To help guests plan their New Year’s Eve, for one evening only Mis Trucos will be accepting reservations for parties of all sizes. Seating is limited – please call 604.566.3960 to reserve.

Mis Trucos is a modern Mediterranean tapas bar set in a character house in the heart of the Davie St. shopping district. The menu consists of small plates to be shared amongst friends, ranging from $4 to $18. Dishes will draw from traditional Spanish, French and Italian tapas recipes, modernized with Chef Kris Barnholden’s creative twists. Ingredients are top-quality, flavors are vibrant and presentation is simple.
