The India-Pakistan border closing ceremony at Wagah Attari is a trip. The two nations may have  fought each other a gabillion times since the middle of the last century, but once all the preening and the pomp is done for the day (and the spectators are fully satisfied), the fierce adversaries and theological nemeses stomp closer and closer to one another before shaking hands in a mutually (and equally) peacockish finale.
