Essential viewing from Toronto-based Eat Real, Eat Local. It’s sort of weird, though, how corporate mayo giant Hellman’s is behind the whole thing:
“We are doing our part. Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise is made with locally sourced ingredients like eggs from Canadian egg farmers and Canola oil from the Canadian prairies.”
Yeah? So what else is in there?

This is one of your “above average” articles. We must inform our BC population more on this subject, because changes are happening so fast, it makes one wonder just where and what we are going to feed the future generations. The dilution of organic rules, to the “manatary incentives” offered by large Agri-corps to accomodate International food exchange is overwhelming. Why do we not support our own Canadian farmers to feed the people? Why must Third World nations grow our food, just because they have lower cost of production?……..and at what price?
