As we noted last week, Pourhouse proprietor/barman Jay Jones recently finished a consulting stint at The Flying Tiger, building a new cocktail list for the restaurant that reflects its pan-Asian theme. What better time to launch a new Scout feature – dubbed Cocktail City – in which we instruct our readers as to the how-to and liquid innards of this town’s most kickass sippers.
