“We’ve had a bit of a long haul in dealing with architects, engineers and city hall – but should have our building permit issued in the coming week, fingers crossed.” says co-owner Paul Mon-Kau.

Some of the additions will include an original 1920′s fireplace that they uncovered during demolition, and a 20 foot long communal table that will act as the space’s focal point.
