ABOUT US | Truffles Fine Foods was founded by Nin Rai in 2005. Nin’s professional pedigree spans 15 years in some of the world’s finest kitchens. Since setting up Truffles Fine Foods, he has assembled an elite team from the brightest and best culinary talent in the Greater Vancouver Area. A native from Switzerland, Executive Chef Reto Ballat has worked on exotic cruise ships, cooked in five star restaurants in Germany, and apprenticed at a hotel in Switzerland. Chef Ballat came to Canada in 2009 and was cooking for the Post Hotel and Relais & Chateaux in Lake Louise, Alberta.

Truffles Fine Foods offers culinary services to all types of occasions and events, from a formal plated dinner to a casual BBQ on the beach. We create menus specifically tailored to our client’s needs and budgetary requirements. We pride ourselves on our high quality of customer service and knowledgeable staff. By being on the cutting edge of new techniques and technology, and with a dedication to excellence, the Truffles Fine Foods team works hard to bring an innovative and unforgettable experience.
